We seek a results-driven account director with a passion for the development and execution of strategic sales plans to join our Dr. Scholl s Walmart account.

We seek people who:
Establish strong partnerships to grow the Dr. Scholl s brand portfolio at Walmart and (Women s, Men s, Occupational and Therapeutic categories)
Develop and implement joint business plan to drive net sales and deliver on company and retailer revenue objectives
Build merchandise plans based on customer profile and needs
Negotiate product placement and manage sell-through at retail to improve brand demand and deliver increased retailer gross margins
Provide analysis of sales trends against seasonal and annual sales plans, recommending adjustments to ensure maximum sales exposure
Maximize opportunities, anticipating account needs and reacting quickly
Monitor competitor brands, competitor market share and target market share to understand consumer trends and opportunities

We seek people with these qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience
10+ years sales experience with national retailer
Strong understanding of Walmart s or other mass retailer s business practices, culture and customers
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and results-driven team leader
Adept in sales forecasting with understanding of replenishment and seasonal business
Strong analytical skills to develop innovative business solutions
Excellent partnering, relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to work from office in Bentonville, Ark. on occasion
Ability to travel, U.S. & Canada (40%)
