JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Position Summary:
Provides technical support to end users. Provides routine maintenance on and troubleshoots issues related to computers, phones, LAN, applications, computer peripherals, and security.
Highlighted responsibilities for this position include:
Monitors help desk queue and responds to end user issues.
Performs incident management, restoring minimally acceptable IT service as quickly as possible.
Performs routine maintenance on computers, phone, and other technical equipment.
Maintains inventory of IT equipment and notifies management of needs to replenish supplies.
Must possess basic technical computing knowledge of PCs, laptops, computer peripherals, and networking. Must be generally knowledgeable regarding mobile devices and applications, and able to support end users regarding same. Basic understanding of/proficiency in computer networking.
Demanding physical requirements include:
Successful candidates must be able to pass a post offer physical exam and drug screen
Able to climb, bend, and crawl to access computer equipment
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
