Job Description:

Roma is currently in search of a Class A Driver the position will perform the following duties:

Delivers products in a tractor/trailer of varying size and weight to customers in a professional & safe and efficient manner.
Provide timely delivery and unloading of grocery products for multi-drop route customers
Complies with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
Maintains truck operating efficiency
Maintains safe operation and clean appearance
Unloads product of varying size and weight ( 75-90 lbs. at times )
Enhances our organization's reputation by ensuring courteous customer service
Maintains delivery, truck, and driving records

Experience operating tractor trailers with a CDL Class A License is required.

***Must have good computer skills.

Provides courteous customer service by handling questions or problems and/or referring them to the appropriate manager. MUST HAVE FOODSERVICE EXPERIENCE

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates will have 1 2 years tractor / trailer reefer experience, Class A Commercial Driver s License (CDL) license, and D.O.T. certification. A good driving record and customer service experience are required. The ability to operate material handling equipment and on-board computer also required. High school education or equivalent work experience required. Some overnights may be required.
