Role : Dynamics AX Functional Consultant-HRM& Payroll
Full Time Role
Required Technical Skill Set
Excellent Proficiency on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012RTM/R2/R3 - HRM and Payroll Modules
Experience on Dynamics AX : 6+ Years
*Good proficiency in HRM modules - Organization management,Personnel management,Recruitment,Performance and Succession management,Learning Management,Travel & Expenses
*Good proficiency in Payroll - Compensation and Benefits, Shifts and Overtime, Leave Management, Full & Final settlements in exit management
*Good knowledge on statutory and legal requirements US, UK and other geographies
*Should be aware of Microsoft Sure Step methodology and the project life cycle.
*Should have worked on minimumthree end to end Implementations in AX and atleast one of the implementation in HRM is must.
*Experience in handling support projects is an added advantage
*Must be good in Functional requirement documentation, Fit Gap analysis, AX Configuration and demonstration, draft design documents, draft Training manuals and end user training.
*Global roll out experience is an advantage, not mandatory.
*Able to independently provide functional support on issues related to L2 and L3 tickets raised across Microsoft Dynamics AX HRM and Payroll modules.
*Able to perform root cause analysis and impact analysis.
*Requires strong analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated initiative and flexibility to meet deadlines and end user expectations.
*Excellentcommand over oral and written English.
Able to communicate very well functionally in highly escalated situations.
