JOB DESCRIPTIONThis E Commerce Customer Service Rep Position Features:
E Commerce Customer Service Representative will be accountable for insuring Ecommerce orders, calls from Ecommerce retail customers and Ecommerce email queries are handled in a timely and professional manner. Other duties include, but are not limited to assisting Ecommerce Manager, enters orders manually when necessary, verification of new orders, issuing RA's ensure customer receives appropriate credit.
