JOB DESCRIPTIONGrowing and Dynamic fashion company is looking to hire an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative
E-Commerce - transactions conducted electronically on the Internet
Customer Service Job Duties:
Respond to customer calls and emails, resolving customer concerns and troubleshooting issues (phone calls/emails) which is about 60% of the job.
Assist customers in booking orders over the phone. Ensure superior customer satisfaction through phone and email correspondence. Manage all customer returns and credit processing. Run stock checks and place replenishment orders based on customer requests.
Ecommerce Assistance Job Duties:
Merchandise product categories regularly to ensure quality presentation. Assist with monthly product uploads. Assist with digital marketing campaigns including affiliate, email, paid search, seo and social. Review Google Analytics reporting to analyze in-page analytics, traffic sources and visitor trends. Coordinate and assist on e-commerce photoshoots. Order processing and customer returns (shipments, credits, reporting, etc).
Bachelors/Associates Degree or comparable experience. High School Diploma minimum. 1+ years in E-Commerce role. Efficient in Word/Excel/Outlook. Ability to multi-task. Great written and verbal communication. Organized with great attention to detail
