Today we are seeking an E-commerce Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for executing E-commerce Marketing strategies under the direction of an E-commerce Marketing Manager. This role will manage initiatives in support of multi-million dollar Pay-Per-Click and Organic Search Marketing efforts for Bradford's network of sites and will report directly to the E-commerce Marketing Manager over Search Marketing activities.
This individual will also be responsible for working with internal resources as well as third party vendors and consultants to help maximize search results. In addition they will be responsible for communicating results across different levels of the enterprise, and working with team members and business units in maximizing the opportunities in Search Marketing online.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the implementing, reporting and optimizing of paid search programs for Bradford's network of sites and all internal clients, working with team members to plan and execute marketing messages and campaigns in various search engine-marketing channels (e.g. pay-per-click, pay-per-call, paid inclusion and natural search).
Collaborate with other team members to develop tests and implement results-oriented search marketing approaches for various products and programs.
Researching targeted keywords / search phrases through third party tools and recommending keyword lists.
Copywriting for SEM ads and specialized product landing pages.
Providing accurate and timely sales and performance reports using industry standard tools.
Working with search engine and technology vendors to impact results.
Deliver against set revenue, budget and ROI objectives
Evaluate and recommend new advertising/coordination efforts across internal departments
Perform necessary project management/coordination efforts across internal departments
Education, Licensing, Certification, and Experience
Bachelors degree in marketing, finance, accounting, or statistics
0-4 years of search marketing (SEM, SEO, PPC) experience.
Experience managing internal or external client relationships and expectations valued.
Experience managing Vendors is a plus.
Google Adwords Certification is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Team player and an excellent communicator who can work with a variety of people at various levels throughout the company to build consensus and implement cohesive campaigns.
Can also work autonomously, proactively identifying and impacting opportunities while also identifying and resolving issues.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, identify action items and resolve issues - ideally experience managing projects in conjunction with an IT and/or web production department.
Strong analytical skills and expertise with Microsoft Excel
Cursory understanding of html and how web pages are structured.
Experience with budgeting.
Problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
Enthusiasm and commitment to working in an online channel.
