The Sanmina Fremont facility is a full-service enclosure systems solution manufacturing plant. Located in California s Silicon Valley, this facility produces low-to-mid volume New Product Introduction (NPI) runs to full-scale volume. The Fremont facility offers everything from small piece parts to fully integrated and tested systems. In addition, this location offers in-house painting capabilities and flexible logistics solutions in distribution, inventory management and hubbing, as well as repair services.


*Manage ECO internal log, aging report, and provide required progress reports to internal and external teams.
*Manage customer s ECO log, and facilitate internal and external ECO reviews providing feedback to customers and internal customers.
*Escalate if ECR/ECO/PCO does not get proper attention or feedback.
*Monitor implementation with ME s and provide feedback to customers of any changes.
*Assure deliverables are timely and in place from every required area or department for the ECO to be physically implemented.
*Coordinate Oracle updates such as lead times, buyer names, commodity codes, etc based upon ECO requirements.
*Manage critical ERP data elements based upon historical data and collaboration with other departments.
*Manage internal procedure log coordinating reevaluations, effectiveness, and signoffs.
*Develop and collaborate on labor and the shop floor routing.
*Coordinate shop floor issues with department managers for timely resolution.


*Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
*Minimum 3+ years of change analyst experience.
*Knowledge of Agile and Oracle is preferred.
*Familiar with contract manufacturing processes.
*Familiar with complex products BOMs structures.
*Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
*Must be highly detail oriented.
