JOB DESCRIPTIONWell known Apparel Company is looking for an Ecommerce Customer Service Rep. You will be responsible for the following: Respond to customer calls and emails, resolving customer concerns and troubleshooting issues;
Assist customers in booking orders over the phone; Ensure superior customer satisfaction through phone and email correspondence; Manage all customer returns and credit processing; Run stock checks and place replenishment orders based on customer requests. In addition, Ecommerce Assistance will include: Merchandise product categories regularly to ensure quality presentation; Assist with monthly product uploads; Assist with digital marketing campaigns including affiliate, email, paid search, seo and social; Review Google Analytics reporting to analyze in-page analytics, traffic sources and visitor trends; Coordinate and assist on Ecommerce photo shoots.
