JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Highly regarded Co. is actively interviewing for an EDI/Customer Service/Account Manager due to EXPANSION. Selected individual will be trusted to execute the following responsibilities: ?Manage key account orders in a timely, efficient and effective manner. ?Ensure key account orders, prior to submission for data entry, are verified for accuracy. ?Oversee, and work cross functional teams in Sales, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable and Operations to expedite the processing of customer orders to meet our standard of service excellence. ?Proactively communicate order challenges and status updates to internal senior management, and follow up with team members, or designated accounts. ?Document all communications and actions for each order. ?Organize and prioritize daily order management duties within guidelines established by supervisor. ?Achieve individual, department, and company objectives with regard to order management. ?Identify potential problems, offer the best alternative solutions, and resolve. ?Review Vendor Guides, translate and distribute appropriate information to impacted parties (e.g. shipping and labeling requirements to Operations). ?Maintain customer database and documentation on all accounts. ?Create and submit customer new sku submissions. ?Create, request, and track Kit set-ups and revisions as required ? confirm accuracy. ?Generate and distribute sales, inventory availability, and shipment reports. ?Review forecasts.
