The EKG Equipment Technician acquires 12 lead electrocardiograms on all patient age groups. Assists Respiratory Care Practitioners through equipment cleaning, assembly, supply stocking and inventory control.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

License/Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by the American Heart Association.

Experience: Previous experience as a healthcare provider is highly preferred. Enrollment in an accredited two year Respiratory Care Practitioner training program also highly preferred.
