JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline and two (2) years of relevant work experience. A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent with at least six (6) years relevant experience or an Associates degree with four (4) years relevant experience may substitute for the required Bachelor s degree. Must possess a valid driver s license, good driving record and insurable under Center s policy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Maintain accurate, timely, and complete paperwork and charts. Develop and/or participate in the development of individual goal plans. Review plans and adjust goal as needed. Provide vocational evaluation services. Provide vocational counseling. Provide crisis intervention. Provide job coaching and instruction on-site (in the workshop) and off-site (in the community). Provide job development. Teach employability skills. Develop and implement behavior modification. Market SVS services. Demonstrate ability to work independently and as a team member. Meet contract/budget goals. Participate in contract proposals and budget projections. Maintain revenues and expense at budgeted levels. Maintain compliance with individual mandatory staff development. Participate in professional growth activities. Cross-train in other areas.
