This postition will report to the EPMO manager and act as PM lead for well-defined cross-functional implementation projects; both business and technical. In this position you will:

* Provide all PM functions necessary to assure the project is planned, managed and completed on time and on budget including recommended adjustments to plan and resources as appropriate.

* Act as PM on larger, enterprise projects under direction of Sr. Strategic PM. Will act as PM consultant to division and departments across the enterprise in understanding and following organization PM standards and processes.

* Actively support the development, implementation and ongoing utilization of an enterprise Project Management Life-Cycle (PMLC).

* Build relationships accross areas and divisios to ensure high quality client experience.

Minimum Education Requirements
High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Education
Bachelors Degree Healthcare, Business or related field

Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements
Intermediate Strong organization skills and ability to identify problems, research solutions and reduce impacts to work
Intermediate Good presentation skills and able to teach and coach staff in other divisions and departments in the standard PM tools and methodologies
Advanced Complete understanding and use of PM tools and methodologies
Advanced Demonstrates ability to manage projects within tight time, cost and quality targets
Advanced Demonstrates strong detailed planning, risks management, timeline and cost management
Basic or limited Understand lean principles and tools
Intermediate Effective communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization
Intermediate Strong facilitation and presentation skills

Preferred Knowledge/Skills
Intermediate use of lean tools
Advanced Effective communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization
Advanced Strong facilitation and presentation skills

Minimum Experience Requirements
5 years 5-7 years general career experience
3 years Project Management--demonstrated experience and success in leading and delivering projects on time and on budget
3 years Experience managing cross-functional projects or IT projects

Preferred Experience
4 years Healthcare career experience
5 years Project Management--demonstrated experience and sucess in leading and delivering projects on time and on budget in a Healthcare setting
5 years Experience managing cross-functional or IT projects in Healthcare setting

Minimum License/Certifications Requirements
None Required

Preferred License/Certifications
At time of hire PMP: Project Management Professional Certification
