span span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' An Employee Benefits / ERISA Associate Attorney position in the Bay Area is available.  Ideal candidates will have at least two years of prior large law firm experience. br   br Responsibilities: br • Drafting, reviewing, and counseling relating to health and welfare plans br • Experience with executive compensation, incentive arrangements, and employee qualified retirement plans is preferred br   br Qualifications: br • At least two years of large law firm experience br • Excellent academics and legal research, writing, and analytical skills br • LLM in Tax, specializing in the area of employee benefits, is a plus but not required br • Must be a member of the CA bar or willing to sit for the next exam br • Thorough understanding and working knowledge of Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, Affordable Care Act, HIPAA, COBRA, Mental Health Parity Act, and other federal laws impacting group health plans is required br   br Would you like to learn more about the Employee Benefits  / ERISA Associate Attorney position in the Bay Area?
