As an Environmental Floor Care Technician, your job responsibilities and performance expectations are intended to reflect the high level of care and customer service provided by Norton Healthcare. You will maintain a variety of floor surfaces to meet Norton Healthcare Standards This may include the daily maintenance of hard surface or carpeted floors, stripping and waxing, carpet extraction, various cleaning duties to maintain a clean aseptic environment throughout the hospitals, maintain cleanliness of equipment, follow all safety precautions and procedures, contributes to the efficient operation of the department. Required: Customer Service and communication skills.; Desired: High School Diploma or GED, 6 months of floor care experience, Floor Care Machines: Scrubber (walk behind and rotary), Burnisher, Ride-on equipment, Carpet extractors. Computer.
