DETAILED DESCRIPTION
- Job Functions and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will participate in the process of triaging the stream of RFC's, discrepancy reports, and will assess the impact of the requirements on existing capabilities while using them to establish the foundation for new capabilities. This position will coordinate with requirements analysts on the level of effort to accommodate a requirement or suite of requirements to include updating existing documentation or creating new documentation. The ideal candidate will also assist in process improvement efforts pertaining to the software development process and quality. The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to work in a dynamic team
-oriented setting. Some of the functions and responsibilities may include:
Track Request for Change (RFCs), Work tickets (WT), and Discrepancy Reports (DRs) Provide support to the customer on an ad hoc basis Perform software process improvement Provide some analysis work, when needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Web Developer team member will be responsible for understanding Microsoft Internet Information Server installation and maintenance. Candidate should possess expert level knowledge of MS office suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe PF Writer, and Adobe PageMaker. Ideal candidate should be familiar with Lotus Notes Domino, SQL, HTML, Active Server Pages, Java, JavaScript, and LotusScript.Job RequirementsEducation, Skill, and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in IT or related discipline required. Experience discussing technical aspects of software applications with customers and providing demonstrations. 3+ years web development experience required
