A rapidly growing proprietary trading firm with five offices in Chicago, London, New York City, Ottawa, and Sydney is seeking to add high volume Experienced Traders to join an already established Trading Department. You will be responsible for developing new strategies utilizing proprietary software and customizing current strategies. Unlike a lot of other firms, company traders work closely with dedicated technology team in developing and enhancing existing strategies. This position will be located in the New York office.

-Experience pricing, analyzing and trading ETFs and related products, as well as firm understanding of ETF pricing, trading and back office infrastructure requirements.
-Preference to those with the ability to do light programming work using multi-dimensional arrays, nested loops, complex conditionals and simple file I/O.
-Preference to those who are fluent in Excel with experience in C++.
-Strong mathematical aptitude.
-Values teamwork and is capable of thinking independently.
-Ability to communicate effectively while under pressure.
-Experience adapting to changing situations with ease.
-Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year university.
-Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
-Strong GPA (3.5 or higher).
