URS Apptis is looking for an EUT (EUC) Technician - Journeymen to join our team in Washington, D.C.!

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for PC (Windows XP, Windows 7) and related server systems including remote access solutions (Cisco VPN, G-ON), antivirus (McAfee), desktop/application imaging (SMS, SCCM, SWimage/Encore), and related technologies.
Other duties as required.
Deploy technology updates and ensure ongoing vendor support and licensing for technology deployment technologies.
Identify process and technical improvements for the environment
Provide outstanding technical support and customer service
Provide senior level support for:

Remote access based infrastructure solutions based on Cisco VPN, Citrix and G/ON.
PC system using Windows XP, Windows 7, SWimage/Encore, Antivirus, OWA, RSA, Apple and related technologies.
Blackberry server and handheld user device technologies.

Report on ticket status and updates on issues when in progress
Resolve and document complex issues including root cause analysis, prevention and workarounds
Requirements:

Education: Bachelors
Experience: 2+ Years
Certification/License(s):ITIL v3 Foundations Certified Preferred
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to pass a NACI background check.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Work Authorization (US Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, H1-B visa, TN visa): US Citizen
