Job Description

Supports FMCNA's mission, vision, core values, and customer service philosophy. Provides the in-service needs of the facilities within their assigned geography. Ensures that all programs for new employee orientation, preceptor training, AIM day (annual In-service Marathon Day), Nurses Technical Training (NTT), as well as all clinical services, and UltraCare(tm) initiatives comply with the FMS standard. Under the general direction of the Regional Directors of Education, works to ensure high quality of care for all FMS patients through competency-based training and development. Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, and all regulatory and FMS policy requirements.
Registered Nurse. Advanced education, CNN or CDN preferred. CNN or CDN will be required within 18 months of assuming the position. CPR Instructor Certification. Must be licensed in all states for which they have responsibility. At least one years experience in dialysis. Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills for the position, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivating employees, performance management, and decision making. Must successfully complete FMS Clinical Orientation Training.
