Maintain databases, preparing special reports and programming specific needs for the Ed Department. Works with the Education team to develop engaging, innovative, and effective e-Learning opportunities. Serves as a technical resource to theManager SystemEducation and the Clinical Education Specialists. Will assist with the creation of e-Learning modules, utilizing common e-learning applications. Functions as liaison between The Department of Educational Services, Information Services and the end-user clinicians. Is the top administrator for the eLearning system for access, content monitoring, and training of other administrators. Is the resource for Content owners on adding new or modifying training modules. Uses databases to enter, mine data for reporting purposes to identify improvements gaps in educational processes. Requirements Bachelor's - required Certified IT Analyst - preferred Previous experience in the healthcare industry beneficial. Possesses strength in communication skills, practice knowledge skills, consensus building, detail orientation, follow-through and computer literacy. Requires a minimum of two years of experience programming Computer- and Web-based training CBT WBT systems and expertise with such multimedia programming tools as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Adobe PhotoShop.
