We are looking for a psychologist with strong statistical knowledge to aid in training projects, research, and the development and validation of assessments\. The desired individual will have experience both in psychological theory and application, as well as a background in statistical data analysis methods and methodologies\. This position will be located at our LCS office in Albuquerque, NM\.

* Responsibilities for this Pipeline requisition are:

*
* - Contribute to ongoing projects related to psychological factors and human dimension- Develop and validate innovative learning and training assessments- Define research objectives, prepare and present research plans, and develop research proposals- Plan and implement statistical programming- Collect, review, and summarize both technical and scholarly research material- Contribute to the development and writing of technical material- Learn new skillsets that will help the team to accomplish deliverablesBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field- Deep understanding of psychological factors related to cognition, memory, and learning- Knowledge and experience in developing statistical analysis techniques and reporting statistical programming deliverables \(datasets, statistical analyses, report tables, and graphics\)- Strong communication, teamwork, and research collaboration skills- Willingness to rapidly develop a diverse skillsetPreferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Psychology or related field and experience working in field- Prior research experience in psychology, especially related to developing and validating assessments or the use of physiological sensors- Experience modeling and simulating human behaviors- Knowledge of human\-system integration, usability, user -experience, and human\-machine interface design- Experience successfully writing proposals that have won government funded contracts- Experience managing projects, meeting deadlines, and responding to clients' needs- Background in government and military workNorthrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce\.
