Looking for an internship where you can work with GIS while interacting with our customers* Support Esri s long-standing commitment to serving and responding to our user community.
Depending on the division's needs, you could work on the desktop support, internal training, technical writing, curriculum development, or business support team.
Projects interns completed this past summer include
* Developed curriculum for instructor-led training
* Assisted Esri customers and support analysts with incident reports via e-mail and phone
* Authored online support resources for ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro Licensing

We seek students who are majoring in GIS, geography, or business and have knowledge of GIS and Esri products; good communication, writing, and problem-solving skills; and technical knowledge.
