Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate II, you will take a leadership role among the sales associates in the daily operations of the retail store. You will have key-holding responsibility and will therefore assist supervisors in opening and closing procedures. You will provide customer service by utilizing proper selling techniques such as suggestive and multiple selling. You will measure and correctly fit customers and convey your technical knowledge of NB shoes, apparel and accessories. You will perform receiving and inventory functions, weekly cycle counts, cash register duties, sales logs, order inquiries and exchanges and refunds. In this role, you will assist in developing newly hired sales associates.
Qualifications - High school diploma, GED, or currently in good standing in high school. Must have a minimum of one full year of retail experience.
- Must have demonstrated high performance in a NB retail store or another retail setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the desire to work in a team environment.
- Ability to perform basic math.
- Weekend and holiday work required.
