Position Title Electrical Engineer - Material Handling and Packaging Equipment - GA #3317
Location Atlanta GA
Material handling and packaging equipment manufacturer looking for an Electrical Engineer.
Confer with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products
Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes
Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks
Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities, to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements
Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards
Other detailed assigned responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
Minimum of 3 years' experience preferred but not required
Proficient in English language, a second language is a plus (e.g. Spanish, German)
Programming skills required: Allen Bradley
Flexibility and motivation for traveling (20-40%)
BOTTOM LINE REQUIREMENTS WE NEED NOTES ON WITH CANDIDATE SUBMITTAL:
1. BACHELOR\'S DEGREE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING.
2. 3+ YEARS OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE IN A MANUFACTURING COMPANY PREFERRED.
3. PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE, A SECOND LANGUAGE IS A PLUS (E.G. SPANISH, GERMAN).
4. PROGRAMMING SKILLS REQUIRED: ALLEN BRADLEY.
5. FLEXIBILITY AND MOTIVATION FOR TRAVELING (20-40%).
