RESPONSIBILITIES:

* These positions require assemblers with good soldering skills, and the ability to perform mechanical and electrical assembly with a focus on quality.

* Must be able to take directions from leadership and work with minimal supervision.

* Utilize hand tools such as strippers, crimpers, cutters, torque drivers, and basic production tools.

* Be able to read and interpret assembly drawings and follow written procedures.

* Be able to adapt new processes and new products, attention to detail.

* Work well under pressure

* Be flexible to support month revenue including overtime if need it.

* Soldering PCB and other component with lead free solder,



QUALIFICATIONS:

* The ability to work with multifunctional team member.

* High school and above.

* Standing up work position only

* Must able to lift up to 25lb and torque up to 50 inch LB
