Responsible for the direct sales of products and services within an assigned territory, position carries a direct quota assignment. Activities include identifying prospects utilizing creative lead generation techniques, developing / expanding existing and new business by maintaining strong relationships with multiple customer departments and key decision makers. Applies research, information gathering and analysis skills to factual information. Verifies detailed information. Tracks, monitors and maintains data and information. Preferred Education: University (Degree)

Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of new construction and service contracts by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads and utilizing outlined marketing strategies
Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of Company product offerings
Estimate system price and scope of work
Close sufficient sales to meet or exceed sales plan objectives
Familiar with reading blueprints, understanding current NFPA 13 standards and local codes
Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that will support achieving the designated sales plan
Develop and work a sales plan for assigned territory
Develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations, and perform necessary follow-up for successful closing of the sale
Ability to build new business associations / relationships and grow the Sprinkler Service Business
Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers, general contractors and end users
Provide sales forecasting for assigned territory
Participate at trade shows, special product demonstrations, and other events with the objective of increasing sales and enhancing the Companys imagem Experience: 0-1 years
B.S.-M.E. or related degree in a technical or business discipline is preferred
Experience working with general contractors and blueprints is desirable
Must possess good oral and written communication skills and sales techniques
Solid presentation skills and closing techniques
Self-motivator with good organizational skills
Have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test
NICET and Sprinkler background a plus
