li Drafting, reviewing, and counseling relating to health and welfare plans /li li Experience with executive compensation, incentive arrangements, and employee qualified retirement plans is preferred /li /ul

li At least two years of large law firm experience /li li Excellent academics and legal research, writing, and analytical skills /li li LLM in Tax, specializing in the area of employee benefits, is a plus but not required /li li Thorough understanding and working knowledge of Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, Affordable Care Act, HIPAA, COBRA, Mental Health Parity Act, and other federal laws impacting group health plans is required /li /ul
