The Role
Bloomberg is offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager in Professional Development to support recognition efforts including CSR, tenure and business achievements. The candidate will have the opportunity to partner with employees across Professional Development and the business to improve processes, create synergies and be the go-to person on recognition.

Responsibilities:
Business-Focused Recognition (year-round) - 70% of time
- On a weekly basis, work with key contacts to help identify and solicit innovative and impactful ideas, actions and successes led by employees globally. Work with Captains to provide write-ups, which will eventually be posted on ONBB and sent as a daily email.
- On a weekly basis, work with key leadership groups to provide guidance, support and information to assist in the selection of a weekly winner.
- Project Manager will work with nominator, Corporate Communications and CEO office to help produce a creative story about the nomination.
- Responsible for drafting congratulatory notes for the CEO that will be sent out to the daily winners.
- Project manager will be responsible for setting overall strategy and process improvements to the program such as improvement of nomination process, marketing of program, and internal technology improvements.
- Will work on a quarterly recognition program off of the daily winner of The ALL with CEO office.

Corporate Social Responsibility Recognition (September - May) - 25% of time
- Global Project Manager for Applause! Employee Recognition program that recognizes extraordinary efforts in Corporate Social Responsibility (Philanthropy, Sustainability, and Employee Development).
- Coordinate a global working group to execute all aspects of Applause! programs including a nomination period, vetting of nominations, announcement of finalists, marketing and communications and execution of 3 global events hosted by Dan and Peter.
- Serve as a decision-maker, point-of-contact for all questions and issues regarding Applause!

Tenure Recognition (year-round) - 5% of time
- Work with HRIS to obtain report of all employees to determine number of eligible employees.
- Work with Relationship Managers on quarterly reports to collect and confirm data for monthly acknowledgments for eligible employees (10+ years of service).
- Communicate with Managers of tenured employees to encourage tenure recognition monthly.
- Reporting, script writing, fielding questions, etc.
- Provide creative input to keep tenure recognition fresh and interesting.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience as Program or Project Manager, previous work on intern
