Looking for an Employee Relations Advisor
This is Contract to potential Full-time.
Provides guidance, counsel and appropriate assistance to HR Business Partners, managers and team members on a variety of team member relations matters, policies, practices and procedures. Responsible for ensuring that the culture is reinforced and that team member needs and business needs are considered when recommending solutions.
-Experience conducting formal workplace investigations and providing appropriate recommendations
-Proven ability to build trust and strong partnerships at all levels of an organization
-Working knowledge of employment and labor laws.
-3+ years Employee Relations experience.
-Hospitality and/or timeshare experience strongly preferred.
-Manager or Supervisor experience is a plus.
-Bachelor's Degree required.
-PHR/SPHR or SHRM -CP preferred.
