br Sage Hospitality Resources is seeking a skilled Employee Relations Manager to complement our corporate team.
br
br This position:
br - Handles all elevated employee relations issues including elevated EEOC charges.
br - Has global office HR Manager responsibility.
br - Supports the organization in several areas of human resources, which may include coordinating employment activities, receiving and acting on employee complaints or grievances, conducting internal investigations, administering employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, recommending and coordinating employee training activities.
br - Manages associate opinion survey process.
br - Manages Affirmative Action Plans and requirements.
br - Works on various employee relations projects.
br
br Degree in human resources is preferred and 4+ years of experience in multiple areas of human resources is required. Bilingual in SpanishEnglish preferred.
