The role of our Employee Relations Manager is to provide sound solutions to complex people-related topics.

In this role, you will be a champion of FortuneBuilders' culture, core values and service vision. You'll partner with our leadership to facilitate communication that is transparent, bringing a clear understanding to our team members of how decisions get made.

WHAT WILL YOU DO :

* Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines.
* Provide expertise in the following areas: conflict resolution, coaching, employee relations, data analysis, compensation and rewards, and beyond.
* Lead & inspire a team of HR professionals in accomplishing individual and organizational goals

WHAT COMPETENCIES/SKILLS MUST YOU HAVE :

* 4 or more years of experience working as an Employee Relations Manager for a medium-large sized company
* Management experience - having led teams of 5+ people
* Strong coaching background
* Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Human Resources Management or a related field
* PHR or SPHR certification highly preferred
* Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of deeply complex strategy discussions
* Skilled communicator with a strong ability to build relationships and earn the respect from senior leaders

WHAT EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES DO WE PREFER YOU HAVE :

* PHR or SPHR certification highly preferred
