OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: This individual contributor role is responsible for defining and directing marketing initiatives that drive leads and enable opportunities for RPO Practice Group. In this role, the successful individual will understand the recruitment cycle, and client landscapes; removing obstacles and refining the supporting processes necessary for the RPO Practice to track, identify, engage, and influence target markets, owning the strategic and day-to-day management of all types of marketing and communications tactics and deliverables.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Develop and execute marketing and communications initiatives to generate demand, on time and on budget, which may include advertising, collateral, newsletters, speaking engagements, bylined articles, presentations, webcasts, email campaigns, videos, sales tools, social media and website content.
? Define and deploy actionable reporting metrics to improve program effectiveness and ROI; recommend and implement ongoing improvements.
? Build strong relationships with the Operations, Sales, Solutions and Technology teams, working in-step for consistent implementation and success.
? Create and maintain a marketing programs calendar.
? Develop and manage a marketing programs budget.
? Communicate across all levels of the organization.
? Support the product marketing function with communications expertise.
? Manage external marketing agencies, vendors and freelancers, as required, including negotiating agreements.
? Monitor competitors' communications to improve Agile?1's programs, messaging and differentiation.
? Represent Agile?1 at industry events.
? Lead or assist with other marketing projects as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES/# OF STAFF: N/A
? Prior experience developing employment marketing enablement programs across a variety of mediums including writing briefs, reviewing creative and providing feedback/direction, overseeing production and timelines, set-up of virtual career fairs, downloadable resources, training of staff, metrics, and vendor management.
? Strong content creation abilities, ability to study a client culture quickly and absorb how to stay within branding guidelines for verbiage, pictures, text, and tone.
? Knowledge of best practices related to website layout, branding, User Experience, and User Interaction Strategies.
? Knowledge of entire marketing management process, the ability to seamlessly create collateral via contractors (i.e. flyers, oversized banners, popup banners, postcards, logo creation, etc.)
? The ability to self-create flyers, brochures, advertisements, postcards, signature lines, web images, and career fair materials.
? Must be an independent self-starter with a sense of urgency, proven results orientation, initiative and an affinity for producing consistently high-quality work. The capacity to juggle multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment is critical.
? Creative thinking, critical analysis and problem-solving skills, along with flexibility/adaptability and ability to think on your feet needed to succeed in this role.
? Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
? Proven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of management internally and externally.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or other related discipline, or demonstrable and applicable experience a must. Background leveraging all types of media and vehicles (print, web, email, etc.) is essential.
JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Individual must possess a minimum of 5-7 years B2B/technology-related marketing communications.
