This position is 3 days per week and will last for 3 to 5 months; could go longer. The ideal AP candidate should have 2+ years of recent experience in Accounts Payables and must be comfortable with a part-time position. This position is part-time and will not transition into a full-time opportunity during this contract period. br br As the AP clerk you will: /span br ul
li Perform 3 way match for AP /li li Receive approval from management before releasing payments /li li Maintain and update accurate vendor and invoice information into accounting system /li li Follow up and resolve payment discrepancies /li li Assist with month end duties and reporting /li li Perform other AP duties as required /li /ul

li 2+ years of experience in full cycle high volume AP processing /li li Excellent skills with MS Office including Excel /li li Experience with Solomon accounting software is helpful, but not a requirement /li /ul
High school diploma, GED or equivalency is a minimum br /span
