JOB DESCRIPTION- Ensure implementation of Company safety, health and environmental programs for employees.- Ensure that safe work practices are followed and the work environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations - Is committed to the Way We Work Principles, and adheres to the Companys Standards of Business - Conduct and other Company procedures, including Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S?), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO?), discipline, and security.- Monitor marketer enrollment, de-enrollment and price change transactions submitted on behalf of customers- Perform ESCO Billing and Purchase of Receivables (POR?) functions for Marketers delivering gas and electric to customers through O&Rs system. - Create, update and reconcile electric and gas accounts to send receivables to the marketers, which include netting out O&R charges (BIPP, WBS, PMA, Imbalances and POR), remitting the wires to Oracle for processing and sending summary and account detail reporting to participating Marketers.- Prepare reports for regulatory agencies, NYISO, PJM, and other departments as required.- Prepare marketer and customer gas sundry billing information.- Track natural gas deliveries made on behalf of retail access accounts.- Track gas usage and prepare billing reports for Interruptible Transportation, Interruptible Sales and other accounts.- Provide gas data for Rate Analysis, reconciliations and system distribution imports.- Assist and support the Company'
- A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Finance,
Business or Accounting and two years of related work experience is required.-
Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and flexible to handle multiple
assignments and meet deadlines.- Must possess the ability to effectively
interact with all levels of management as well as with customers, customer
representatives, trade organizations and governmental agencies.- Must have
strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with customers and act
as a Company spokesperson regarding all energy-related matters.- Must have
the ability to work independently and make timely and sound decisions.-
Must demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills.- Must have
excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.- Should
have good working knowledge of electric and gas transmission/distribution
system.- Should be familiar O&Rs gas and electric programs, standards,
and applicable tariffs.- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft
Office Applications Excel, Word and Access is required- Prior experience
with in-house computer systems, such as Customer Information Management
System (CIMS?) is preferred.- Must have valid Drivers License and be able
to travel within the service territory, as needed.- Drug Screen- Background
