DescriptionResponsible Manufacturing Engineer for microelectronic production. Candidate will be responsible for establishing and reviewing manufacturing plans to ensure that all flow down requirements are met. Review assembly and fixture drawings to ensure that they are producible, contain sufficient detail to ensure proper assembly, and are error free. Identify, design and co-ordinate the fabrication and fit check of all tooling necessary to support production. Lead the evaluation, disposition, and rework of all discrepancies on the products and perform root cause analysis on all defects and coordinate the implementation of cost effect corrective actions. QualificationsBasic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, or related field. Two or more years of related experience; master's degree/PHD maybe accepted in lieu of related experience.Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of control charts, SPC, DOE, pareto analysis, yield tracking, tolerance analysis.
