The Maintenance Technician 2 performs semi-skilled maintenance and repair services of property or facility systems, such as mechanical, electrical, and building systems. Duties may increase in scope as the Team Member becomes more skilled, but the primary emphasis is the performance of a variety of maintenance tasks rather than a high degree of skill in any particular trade. QUALIFICATIONS: Read, write and understand English. Experience of 2-5 years preferred in commercial or institutional maintenance environment. HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills. Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper. Certification in pool operation preferred. Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction. Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members. Valid drivers license preferred. Preventive maintenance background preferred.
