* Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced Systems Integration & Test \(SI&T\) engineer to perform an IPT Lead role within the Ground Based Radars division in Baltimore, Maryland\. The IPT Lead will have CAM responsibilities including defining risk and opportunity, weekly EVMS, RTGs, VAR analysis, page and line, and customer presentations during program and monthly reviews\. The IPT will also lead a team of approximately 8 SI&T engineers testing the Radar Equipment Group \(REG\) and G/ATOR system for customer sell\-off\.The IPT Lead will be responsible for integration and testing of the REG and the integrated G/ATOR System \(REG, Communications Equipment Group \(CEG\) and Power Equipment Group \(PEG\)\), including both hardware and software components in development and production environments; synthesizing internal and external customer needs and requirements into system tests that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints; developing and executing comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for completing systems; preparing I&T readiness reviews; participating in design reviews; conducting audits of I&T program facilities; reviewing and evaluating test requirements ensuring test program completeness; analyzing test results and preparing comprehensive reports; and, using modeling and simulation tools expediting individual unit testing before all system components are available and for troubleshooting and repair of failed units\.Qualified candidates must have a solid understanding of testing and troubleshooting Ground Based Radar systems; strong technical ability in a lab based integration and test environment; and a strong working knowledge of RF based test equipment \(Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, etc\.\)\.Position requires the flexibility to support assignments on multiple shifts, including weekend and on\-call support\.Basic Qualifications:
Typical Minimum Education / Experience:
9 Years with Bachelors in Science; 7 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD\.Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related technical curriculum\. Must have at least 3 years of relevant SI&T or Field Engineering \(FE\) experience; a solid understanding of RF systems\.; strong technical ability in a lab based integration and test environment; and a strong working knowledge of RF based test equipment \(Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, etc\.\)\.Must have active Secret clearance or higher\. US Citizenship is required\.Preferred Qualifications:
