Located in Kohler, WI facility, we are looking for an Engineering Analyst to assist in the development of new products and modifications to existing products. In this role, you will also help design fixtures and tooling for finished goods and components as well as ensure functional acceptability through testing and analysis, and implementation of styling parameters.
* A Technical Diploma or Associate Degree is required. A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Design or Industrial Technology Management is preferred.
* A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
* Must be able to provide data analysis and use computers and software proficiently.
* Ideal candidate will understand drawings, specifications and process capability.
* Very strong communication skills are required.
