The Engineering Intern will work on multiple projects and initiatives for the Filling and Packaging Engineering department in Campbell Soup's World Headquarters. He or she will support current projects and be a key resource for senior Filling and Packaging Engineers. The ability to develop and modify packaging layout drawings in AutoCAD is a minimal requirement. The intern will be required to work in the field at manufacturing locations conducting studies, data, measuring equipment, and other related tasks to support project requirements.
The engineering internship is a 10 -12 week program working within the Filling and Packaging Global Engineering team . Interns will lead and support capital projects in conceptual design, engineering drawings, manufacturing calculations and equipment installation. All interns spend time in a manufacturing facility learning manufacturing processes to understand the operation, apply core engineering principles, and develop process analysis skills. The internship is supported by a group of senior engineers in a team environment and allows learning from other business functions such as R&D and Supply Chain.
* Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate college program
* Mus have a minimum GPA of 3.0
