JOB DESCRIPTION

Requires relocation to TEXAS or OKLAHOMA.

Manage multiple concurrent metal treatment, coating, and plating projects from initiation through delivery to customers in ship building, agricultural equipment manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing, power generation, or similar with moving and structural steel, titanium, and aluminum components requiring protection from corrosion, heat stress, and pressure.

Activities:

*** Supervise project team members and manage projects from initiation through maturation and completion and oversee budgeting, quality, team performance, and customer satisfaction.

*** Develop and manage an actionable items list to ensure deliverables and targets are completed on-time.

*** Maintain adherence to quality and performance standards pursuant to NADCAP, AS9100, IAQC, ASM, ASTM, NMMA, TS16949, etc.

Required:

*** BS in Engineering discipline or equivalent technical degree and proven hands-on project management expertise in a similar environment.

*** Advanced knowledge of metal surface and heat treatment methods as well as coating, anodizing, painting, and plating for steel, aluminum, titanium, and common metal alloys.
