Job Description: Provide Engineering and Technical Services and Quality Systems administrative support as needed throughout the plant.
Job Requirements: Support ESSHT Compliance, Support Quality and Food Safety Systems, and Administrative Support
Tasks Performed to Complete Job Requirements:
• Provide document control and maintenance of records per record retention policy for plantsite through Quality Management System and internal Access databases
• Be System Administrator for Quality Management System and train new users, auditors, and document control coordinators
• Perform regular Internal Quality Audits and manage Internal Quality Audit system
• Be a resource for plant personnel needing assistance with English composition, editing, or proof-reading
• General clerical: typing, flow charting, logging, notification, tracking, and filing (e.g., memos, audits, safety and procedural information, engineering standards and specifications, vacation reports, distributing/sending mail faxes, FedEx, etc.)
Education & Skills Required:
• High school diploma required
• Associate-level or higher degree preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Ability to learn quality systems standards
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent writing, grammatical, spelling and editing skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook
