Enrollment Supervisor

The supervisor provides leadership to staff within a Medicare Preferred Membership Operations department, consistently supervising routine deliverables independently, and identifying and escalating issues appropriately.

The individual must consistently demonstrate personal resiliency in times of change and demonstrate the ability to champion business processes and decisions. He/she will also organize and lead effective meetings and work sessions, initiate and lead collaboration within and outside the Membership Operations organization, supporting the work efforts of other departments.

The supervisor supports the development of his/her staff and, with the support of the manager and director, owns the responsibility for execution of his/her own development objectives.

EDUCATION: (Minimum educations & certifications required)
Associates or Bachelors degree

EXPERIENCE: (Years of experience)
3-5 years experience in a related business environment

SKILL REQUIREMENTS: (Include interpersonal skills)
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Solid/effective verbal and written communication skills.
Significant MS Office experience (intermediate/advanced level)

Demonstrated professional demeanor at all times
Champion of collaboration across Membership Operations and other departments and work cooperatively as a team member.
