Enterprise Architect Directory Services C Net Java

Contractor needs to be very strong general-purpose enterprise architect
who also happens to have significant experience with Directory Services
(LDAP, Active Directory, Notes/Outlook) and Identity Management. Half of
the role will be to lead a team of 3 Directory Services architects who
are more product experts (IBM TIM/TAM/LDAP, MS Active Directory, IBM Domino)
than true architects. The other half of his role would be as a working
enterprise architect (enterprise and application architecture, software
design and development leadership, technology strategy, and about 10-20%
writing actual code). Enterprise Architect III / Team Lead Highly experienced
lead developer, software architect, and alpha geek with a passion for designing
and building software. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Strong desire to work in a challenging and demanding environment, coupled
with a record of high achievement. * Deep understanding of advanced software
development concepts (CS) and practices. * Persistent interest in and curiosity
about new technologies and approaches to building software. * Ability to
provide authoritative technical leadership when interacting with teams
at all levels of the organization. This position also includes management
responsibility over 2-3 Directory Services engineers. Qualifications: *
