Enterprise Portfolio Test Mgr

Prioritize, estimate and initiate testing projects within the KET pillar while adhering to ETS guidelines
Review the scope and progress of ongoing testing projects within KET pillar
Demand and workload management for projects within KET pillar
Provides direction to testers within the portfolio, in alignment with established Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Create, manage and maintain time reporting, project changes, quality reviews, surveys, metrics, scorecards, and status review information for all the projects within KET pillar
Ensuring the testing KPI s, OLA s and SLA s are being met and enforced
Lead change, socialization and maturity of testing processes and milestones within the delivery pillar as per the TCOE roadmap
Coordinates and facilitates meeting with Test leads and the team ensuring timely communication and collaboration.
Coordinates diverse testing team efforts including both onshore and offshore resources in a core-flex model. Focal point for all project coordination and communications.
Capable of effectively handling multiple priorities.
Coordinates and facilitates testing related meetings with team, client, and management.
Identifies impacts/constraints of project testing, to ensure they are accounted for in project planning.
Communicates current project status information to IT Project Manager and other stakeholders.

Through various sources, maintains industry knowledge surrounding supporting business processes and relative testing practices.
Participates in the testing phase of project execution in support of the business requirements
Communicates accurate status/health information to management other audiences including escalation where appropriate.
Leads testing team to identify project risks, issues, and actions. Manages these to resolution, and escalates when appropriate.
Understands, applies, and leads the Project Lifecycle Framework, Software development and Testing Life Cycle, Project Standards, Project Policy and Testing Policy,
Ensures 100% requirement coverage during test case preparation and execution
Demonstrated effectiveness in obtaining Quality gate for internal and external customers, in order to ensure no further expenditures and to communicate formal project closure.
Understands the current industry trends and testing innovations.
HR responsibility of testing resources.
