Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:Job Summary
The Enterprise Account Sales Support Representative (EA SSR) is responsible for maintaining and growing customer business in the Strategic Account segment. He/She interfaces directly with the customer to identify business needs and position UPS products and services to meet those needs. He/She will provide support the with contract administration and compliance and solution implementation activities.
This position collaborates with Account Executives to prioritize customer opportunities and implement account strategies. The Enterprise Account Sales Support Representative is also responsible for making proactive contact with sales lead opportunities to develop and grow the business within the assigned territory.
Other Duties
-Researches strategies and account information to retain current business.
-Meets with customers to leverage UPS products and services.
-Informs and trains customers on technology solutions value.
-Responds to customer questions and complaints.
-Documents customer information in the account management system.
-Monitors new revenue generation to meet and/or exceed performance goals.

-Applies knowledge of customer business models and operating structures and offers logistic sales solutions that support the customer?s strategic business objectives.
-Applies knowledge of the features and business applications of services, products and customer-facing technology offerings and solutions.
-Applies knowledge of core business and operations to resolve problems, make decisions and achieve business objectives.
-Assesses and identifies business needs and conducts customer analysis to determine customer requirements and constraints, determine the impact of products/services on customers, and identify which products, services and features to promote to current/potential customers.
-Conducts competitive analysis of competitor?s offerings and strategies, and maintains awareness of competitive environment.
-Conducts customer business process analysis and applies knowledge of how company solutions, such as order management, shipping and receiving, improve and benefit the customer?s processes.
-Creates and develops strategies and plans for effectively managing accounts.
-Solves and identifies customer problems and uses appropriate internal resources to resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:-Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.-Must be currently in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself there.-If required, must be willing to travel.-Preferred to have sales experience from Business to Business or Business to Consumer or experience in a UPS management job or customer facing role.-Preferred to have a Bachelor's Degree.
