Job Description

Enterprise SoftwareSales Representative for a $2M Market Leader. Founded in 1997 the company has grown 5% over the last 3 years.

This is a remote, outside sales role selling a premium software solution with average deals of $75k- $1 Million. Reps will close an average of 1-2 deals a year.

Due to the strength of their products my client will be adding 14 new Sales Executives which will more than double the current sales force across the U.S. in the next 4 months. These are all strategic hires designed to further penetrate the North American market in order to reach a target grown goal of 33% in 217.

Base Salary of $1k-$125k with commissions that are approximately 125% of base

OTE is between $225k and $3k.

Full medical and dental benefits

41k match of up to 4%

Top Salesperson in 215 earned $595K (out of 12 reps)



Bachelor's Degree or higher (no exceptions)

A minimum of 7 years of sales experience with 3 years being software sales

Must have at least 3 years of License Software Sales experience

Candidate should have sold deals of $1k-2K as a minimum expectation

Candidates must be proven Business Development/Sales Hunters
