Entry Level Admin/Engineering Sector/MASSIVE GROWTH & EXPANSION
Prominent key player in the Engineering sector is experiencing massive growth. Actively interviewing and seeking to hire a dynamic Administrative Assistant that will be great addition to the Engineering Division. Core responsibilities: Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries and coordinate related arrangements. Manage incoming/outgoing communications, screen and direct phone calls, process expense reports and maintain accurate files, including those of a confidential nature. Prioritize, handle, and route incoming correspondence, external mail, emails and internal information/paper flow. Create a positive, supportive relationship among Executive Management and employees. Organize, prioritize and respond as appropriate to correspondence as necessary. Confirm meetings, reserve conference rooms,maintaining all Engineering requisitions, Faxing, copying and filing as required. Additional duties, as necessary. Actively interviewing.
