Number of openings: 4
Summary: The Facilities Production Engineering
organization has an opening for 4 Electrical Maintenance
Engineers knowledgeable in power distribution systems.
This individual will act as the system expert for
various electrical systems within the facility. The
individual will be a member of a multi-disciplined team
of Maintenance Engineers. Training for radiological and
nuclear work requirements will be provided
Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical or
electro-mechanical systems
* Make decisions regarding methods and provide
technical assistance for assigned tasks
* Identify, plan and implement facility upgrades
* Oversee and review facility and system drawings and
specifications
* Maintain records of assigned systems
* Provide maintenance instructions and follow-up
technical support for facility personnel
* Prepare and update preventative maintenance
procedures
* Ensure compliance with safety and code requirements
* Plan maintenance work for minimal impact on process
lines
* Manage multiple tasks concurrently
* Complete assigned tasks under minimal supervision
and technical direction
* Provide technical support in all phases of assigned
work
Requirements:
Education and Experience Requirements:
Associate Level:
B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering (or another
engineering degree with electrical experience) from an
accredited college or university
Intermediate Level:
B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering (or another
engineering degree with electrical experience) from an
accredited college or university and a minimum of 2
years of relevant experience based on an exceptional
performance trend OR
M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering (or another
engineering degree with electrical experience) from an
accredited college or university
