JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Co. is MASSIVELY expanding and seeking an Entry Level Help Desk Tech Specialist that will be a part of a growing division and take on a crucial role representing the Co. to provide technical support to customers, such as selecting and sizing products based on application needs, writing sample and troubleshooting programs, providing technical data and information, trouble shooting problems etc. through '800' technical telephone lines, emails, and web casting. In addition, providing customer service to customers, such as Price and Delivery, RMA coordination and customer complaint resolution etc. through '800' technical telephone lines and emails. Communicates professionally to customers and employees. In addition, you will be trusted to attend trade shows, seminars, or Motor / Motion Fairs. Interact with sales representatives to keep account activities. Make presentations to customers, distributors, or employees as required. Assist staff member technical training.
