Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday night shift or Wednesday-Saturday night shift

Position Summary: Focus is on coaching, assisting and supporting the communicators � to improve program results.� Responsible for call center operations, communications, coaching and development of communicator staff.
�
Duties and Responsibilities:
This list is not comprehensive but meant to represent the most common or important duties of the position. Other duties are required and/or assigned.
�
-Monitor and coach Communicators to perform to an acceptable level through various techniques used in each division as it pertains to that communicator.
-Responsible for motivating Communicators; often accomplished through contests, games, and positive recognition.
-Evaluate communicator performance and quality on a daily and regular basis
-Provide feedback on shift activities, improvement plans and progress at the end of shift.
-Review performance with staff members, measures employee performance, provides feedback and coaching.
-Ensures all company policies are followed and makes performance corrections and feedback as needed.

External Applicants:

External/ outside applicants will require a bachelor�� s degree from an accredited university or college.
�
Internal Applicants:
�
-Require a bachelor�� s degree from an accredited university or college and meet the following qualifications:
�
-No disciplinary action within the last (6) months or twelve (12) months with permission;�
-Performs in their current role successfully and is recommended by their Manager and Director
� OR
-Are current Communicators and meet the following qualifications:
-A minimum six (6) months of employment with InfoCision;
-Current performance factor of at least 1.0 and a quality score (year to date average) of 105 as rated by either Call Center Quality Analysts or Independent Quality Analysts;
-No disciplinary action within the last (6) months or (12) twelve (12) months with permission;
-Ninety five percent (95%) of scheduled hours worked in the past six (6) months;
-Performs in their current role successfully and is recommended by their Manager and Team Supervisor.
